Resolved Add user from administration panel

I want my users must have their mobile phone and address fields compiled in their profiles and I added that fields using Easy Profile Pro.
If add new user from administration panel I can't see any of that added fields (I think because they are displayed as "not core fields".
If I edit a user added from frontend panel I see every field, as expected.
How can I add my users, with all added required fields, from administration (backend) panel?

No, the "Disponibilità" parameter set who will have this field in his profile.

the "Visibilità" parameter set who can see this field.

You should see all custom fields, this is not a normal behavior.

I see now that I see that fiels only after SAVE AND CLOSE and re-open the new user

ok, found the problem!
you have set availability to "Special" for your custom fields, but if user is not already registered it have guest privileges.

Now you will have these fields only on already registered users with special privileges, for example you can try to edit my account on your site, you will see even "Indirizzo" and "Cellulare WhatsApp"

To solve change availability parameter from special to public.
