Can admin push messages to users through the user portal?

Hi,
if you does not use Social Network plugin then you can do this with the same way of Joomla, in administration you can find it at Users->Mass Email Users, see screenshot1

if you use Social Network plugin then you can do this from Admin Panel (http://docs.easy-profile.com/index.php/article/social-network-configuration), see screenshot2

this seems like a support chat, but Easy Profile does not do this, it is a profiler component.
