Resolved after install the easy profile it automatically connect with user manager?

1) i have lost of user in user manager ,after install the easy profile it automatically connect with user manager?
2) i having issues with the registration from. MENUS => registration from=> users=>registration from but it show login from

2) Probably you have not enabled user registration from Users->Manage->Options
