How to change Basic Group or add fields to this group ?

Hi,
sorry you can't change this group, this become directly from Joomla, you can disable or configure from Users->Manage->Options, parameters are Frontend User Parameters and Frontend Language.

NOTE: we assumed "Basic Group" mean "Basic Settings"
