Resolved Birthday Field should open at age selection

I believe it is very confusing when a user must select a date to actually click on the main button top.

It would be a much better usability when the calander opens as a pop at at the YEAR selection FIRST.
So the user has year->Month-Day....

this is already possible, there is a parameter called "display popup type" in date field options
