Can you tell me how I can manipulate this page? ('http://domain.com/component/jsn/?Itemid=') see attached. It occurs when I login only on certain pages.

have you created a menu item of type Easy Profile->User Profile? if not please try to create it (http://docs.easy-profile.com/index.php/article/configuration), otherwise please post me your site details* to check this problem and explain me how to replicate.
