Hi, I have two calendar fields on my website. None of these fields works. It seems as if they are "inactive". Clicking on the field or on the calendar icon simply does not do anything. Could you please check?
Thanks,
Uwe

Hi,
in your site there are multiple instance of JQuery Javascript framework. This is caused by "System - ARI Sexy Lightbox" plugin.

I do this:
- Go on Extensions->Plugin Manager
- Search for "System - ARI Sexy Lightbox"
- Edit parameter of "System - ARI Sexy Lightbox" plugin
- Set "Load" parameter from "Always" to "Auto"
- Now Works ;)

Hi,
I have the same problem: In the backend it works but not in the frontend.
I do not have this plugin installed. How can I find out, which plugin causes the problem?

Regards
Matthias

Are the site details only visible for you? It is a production site.
Which acces level for the user do you need?

Hi,

one additional remark to the calendar field. The popup box to select a date does not work on some mobile devices and tablets (tested with IPAD, Windows Phone). Under Android it seems to work.
Is there an option that entering a date under Apple and Windows Phone is also possible or what must be changed in settings?

Regards and have a nice weekend
Matthias

Hi,
Do you think we need the two lines or does your script contain exactly the same lines? I think not, your template load all jQuery plugin even if not needed, this is bad because increases the load on the site (+120Kb plugins, 200Kb UI framework).
Anyway in future release we will try to remove this conflict. ;)

search problem
Hi, this is strange and depends on your template.
I have created a menu item of type User List with search, and set this menu item to use Joomla default template. the search work (see screenshot)
You can find this menu item into "Hauptmenü" menu, we have set this with "Spezial" access (not public access).
You can test this going to http://your.site/test

To solve this you can contact template support, or send us FTP access and if possible PHP error log.

Date popup
can explain better what happens, I tried it on "Apple" devices and I have not encountered problems, possibly clean your browser cache and try again.

Hi, thanks for support!
Now I made a copy of the production site, so that hopefully we can better find out what the problem is.
Here you can add/change menu items, files and so as you want.

See in site details the new information including ftp.
In the error.log I do not see anything abount an error.
regards
Matthias

Hi,
we have found the problem.
The problem is due to "S5 Quick Contact" module.
if there is any data passed via POST method this module get a redirect (This is really crazy!!!!!)

3 options to solve this:
- Delete (or comment) from line 273 to line 287 in file /modules/mod_s5_quick_contact/tmpl/default.php
- Unpublish this module
- Contact support of template provider to solve this bug

Hi, thanks for your great work! Now it works.
Yes, this sounds really crazy. We will check what we do.
I think, we use another contact module...

The calendar popup also works on the IPAD. So I think, we can close completely this issue now

Best regards
Matthias
