Resolved Can't change status to 'published'

I don't have an 'Options' button available in Components>Easy Profile. Is this something to do with my access level? (The site was created by someone else and I don't have superuser access).

The reason I'm looking for 'options' is that i can't change the status on my user fields. Something has changed and now when I try to change the status I get a successful '1 item successfully published' message, but the item status remains unpublished. I have tried making copies of items and changing them, and creating new items, but they all have the same problem. Any help much appreciated.

Yes, you need correct accesslevel to manage options of components.

Something has changed and now when I try to change the status I get a successful '1 item successfully published' message, but the item status remains unpublished.
Probably you have a too old Easy Profile version and after upgrade of Joomla it is no more compatible.

I recommend you to contact your site developer to fix this.
