Resolved Can't see user profile

I am asking to assist me with problem below. After autorization user can't open her profile, its showing only blank window. There are no an errors occur e.

Hi,
this is due to a template bug.

the error is:
Error: Fatal Error (64): require_once() Failed opening required '/components/com_jsn/helpers/articles.php' templates/probiz/sppagebuilder/addons/articles/site.php, line 13

seems that the file at templates/probiz/sppagebuilder/addons/articles/site.php load articles.php with a relative path, so it search this file in the component helpers.

We are available to try to find some workaround but to do this we need FTP details and Backend access (to send these info you can use the form below the reply in "Site Details" tab), otherwise you need to contact template developer to solve this issue.
