Resolved cannot save custom user fields

I have tried free version but it seems cannot save custom user fields. please advise whether it only works for paid version? thank a lot.

Hi,
try to check the order of system plugins from Extensions->Plugins, plugin "Easy Profile - System plugin" must be trigger before plugin "System - Fields"

free version should update fields, I think that probably there is some conflict in your Joomla installation with some other component. Have you tried Easy Profile free in a clean Joomla installation?

after disable the Easy Profile, the problem resume normal.

it solved, this is very important setting need to documented.
The installation script should move the "Easy Profile - System plugin" before "System - Fields" automatically. But probably some plugin or Joomla update have changed it.
