Resolved Checkbox field and conditions

Hi! I have a checkbox that is shown on certain conditions (value of other field). But when I select this value, only label is shown, no checkbox is visible.

I thinks this works well in previous version.

Hi,
the checkbox does not have any option, so it is empty.
Try to add an option like 
1|JYES
