Resolved Data lost in Easy Profile

Hi

I have a Problem with Easy Profile and eventbooking.
In easy-Profile i have some extra Fields on an extra Tabs,only visible and editable for the Admin.
Then i use the eventbooking Component with its "Events Booking - Easy Profile plugin".
Everything works fine. When a user want to book an event, he can login and in the booking form are the prepopulated Data Values from the Easy-Profile Table.

But now data gets lost! From time to time all data from a specific Tab (Goup member aerea) gets lost.
This is, if a registered users signs up for an event.

How can that be?

sorry but "Events Booking - Easy Profile plugin" is not developed by us. You need to contact developer of this plugin.

Hi,
just tried and no problem found.

- Added some details in tab "Mitgliedschaft" for account (admin)
- Edited account from frontend
- returning on backend and info are still available

- Created an account with name "epTest" (normal registered user)
- Added some details in tab "Mitgliedschaft" for account (epTest)
- Edited account from frontend
- returning on backend and info are still available

Maybe if they have to reset and forgot the first password it may can happen?
After some investigation and various tests this seems not possible.

I need to see the problem to found a solution.

Thank you. It's not the newest Version. It's 1.4.2. So i will update today.
Yes. Strange. It happens. Again and again, and i can't it reproduce by myself.
Another thing is, that in this group i have a checkbox with conditions to set a specific usergroup. All the Users with the Data Loss lost their specific usergroup (in joomla) as well.
