Hi,
all table with prefix #__jsnsocial_ are created by Social Network Plugin, albums table is #__jsnsocial_albums and photos table is #__jsnsocial_photos.

Also, is vice-versa possible? i mean displaying joomla module in the module position of social connect ?
Yes but you need to use Joomla API to load modules, you can override Social Network Theme and add code to include your modules.

To override theme follow these steps:
- Go into Social Network Admin panel (from frontend)
- Click on "Themes Manager" on left menu
- under "Base Theme" title click on "Social Network"
- Choose on left side the file to override
- Click on "Copy" Button and select "Blue Theme" *
- Return on "Themes Manager" Page and choose "Blue Theme"
- Choose on left side the overridden and edit this by adding your code

No, you need to develop a module that load data directly from DB.
