Hi,
you can customize these string from plugins options, go to Extensions->Plugins, search for "Easy Profile - Article", select plugin to customize options (also title).

In title you can use a custom language constant, for example TITLE_TAB_ARTICLES, and make your translation for this constant from Extensions->Languages->Overrides (for each language)

There is no need to translate them , Just change titles on plugin setting !
