Hi There,

I'm putting Easy Profile to use for it's Custom Field ability and during my Registration structure, I've created a new group called "Stipulation of Registration' with a new field called 'You Must Be' that I selected as checkbox and tried one or two others but none seem to be what I need to accomplish the below.

However, if you take a look at the live registration page here... and specifically focus on the above mentioned parts that you will see in 1st attachment, you will note that I'm trying to get an actual message (see 2nd attachment popup message with black background) that warns people looking to register on my site, they have to adhere to certain pre-requisite's FIRST.

The above is NOT to be confused with a yes or no terms and conditions agreement that would be at the end of a registration form.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Regards,

Hi,
sorry, please make a question more concise, I not understand.

I see a checkbox field with 2 options but I not understand your purpose.

I see 2 options:
- Yes we are
- No we are not
I think the best way is to use radio field type, with checkbox you can select both options!?!

Hi,

It doesn't matter now, I've put in place NoNumber Modal Pro where I can link to an article and have that article open in a modal on specific pages. As I want this specific warning message to only show at the start of the registration process of my site, this works best - rather than trying to make a custom field hold the same message, it was more clunky this way.

Thanks anyway.

Hi,
if you want to add description/information in field position you can use HTML delimiter field type (see for example TOS on our site in screenshot ;) )
