In Easy Profile I see that the admin can set which member profile fields are searched. Is there an admin configuration for setting what member profile fields are displayed in a member search? For instance, we may not want to display ALL the member profile fields to anyone other than the member.

If we create unique membership numbers for our members, can the admin make that number:
• hidden from all members, including the logged in member?
• visible only to the logged in member and not visible to every other member?

Can we export all member data?

Hi,
Following the import what is the best process for sending out an email with a link that brings the member to the new website to create a user name and password, email verification before authentication, etc. to 800 members?
Sorry I don't know, anyway you can try our import plugin, it allow you to send via email username and password (if missing it will be generated) of all new imported members.

You can find import plugin in our download area for free, and a small doc about it at http://docs.easy-profile.com/index.php/article/import-plugin

Hi,
all these things seems to be possible, here some tip that you can test also in Free version (you can't have export, but you should see disabled parameters in the user list menu items)

hidden from all members, including the logged in member?

You can create many users lists with different access levels, so for example you can create a list available only for Super users that show all fields and another list for normal users that show only some specific field. In a user list you can choose which field to show.

visible only to the logged in member and not visible to every other member?

Still, in alternative you can set the parameter "Visible for" for each field, this field allow you to set who can see this field (owner can always see it).

Can we export all member data?
Yes, you can export users also from frontend (there is a option for each userlist)
