Resolved Easy Profile Restricted tab/profile content now visible to public, used to be hidden until login

Set up Easy Profile, two sections: Member Information & Contact Information. Contact Information is set to be visible to registered members only, and this worked perfectly until now. Now the Contact Information tab (and content) is viewable by the public. Why, and how do I fix this?

When clicking on the member name, unless you are a logged in member, only the WIA Member Information tab is supposed to be visible and the Contact Information tab is supposed to be hidden.

I tried looking through the documentation and older posts but could not find this issue. HELP!

Hi,
you have a bad configuration in Joomla Users. See screenshot of your configuration, now Guest Members have "Registered" usergroup permission. So Guests can see all registered sections of your site (also Easy Profile fields)

To fix go to Administration->Users->Manage->Options (button) and set this parameter to "Guest".

Thanks, that worked. I didn't set this -- it's a pain to have someone else who doesn't know what she's doing poking around in the back end -- have no choice as she's the owner ... alas.
