Resolved Easydicuss avatars

Hello,

The integration with the Easydiscuss avatars (showing EasyProfile in EasyDiscuss posts) does not function with the EasyDiscuss 4 (alpha version but very far along). I have the Jomsocial add-on installed and the Jomsocial avatar selected as per your docs:

Thanks for report it :)

To fix try to copy attached file into folder /administrator/components/com_community/libraries/ (create this folder first)

Was this fix added to EasyProfile Version 1.45? I'm having the same issue with v1.45 and EasyDiscuss 4.06. It worked fine with previous versions of both extensions.

No, you need to update Jomsocial Bridge. About EasyDiscuss Tab Plugin we have already released another plugin for EasyDiscuss 4.

I've updated the Jomsocial bridge, but still the same issue. I installed the EasyDiscuss Tab plugin, and that's working fine.

Hi,
I have reinstalled Jomsocial Bridge and now seems to works (I cannot check but now also profile link seems correct), try to re-download and reinstall, we have refreshed our package list in download area

Hi,
Installed EasyDiscuss 4 and Jomsocial Bridge and EasyDiscuss Tab plugin.
EasyDiscuss shows the correct Avatar now, however the profile link is different. Is it possible to link profile in a Easydiscuss post to the profile page in Easy Profile?
Can you please have a look?

yes, this is possible, try to set to Components->EasyDiscuss->Settings->Layout->Avatar->Use Profile Linking to Yes
