Resolved Enable translation URL for profiles

Hi there,

we modified: /components/com_jsn/helpers/associations.php
to enable translation for pofiles. Exmple: -> http://domain.com/userprofile -> http://domain.com/fr/userprofile.

Maybe you can include this in your build.
