Resolved Front-End user activation/deactivation with EasyProfile for admin?

Hello,
Is it possible to allow the activation and deactivation of joomla users in the front-end with EasyProfile?
I have a non-technical user that do not want to use the backend.
I improved user profiles fields with EasyProfile, and assigned a private menu entry to allow him to add/edit client profiles (joomla users). Since this is a commercial website, he needs to control the activation-deactivation of users easily.
