Resolved Hide the Username on User profile altogether?

Sorry to be a pest - another issue to solve!
My client wants to totally hide the username on the user profile - it's set to be email address instead of Username and I have set the options to UserID instead of Username - they just want the Username to not show at all.
Is this a simple override?

You can set username fields to not show in profile page, see screenshot
