Hi,
How can I do to convert the hours in 12 hours (am/pm) into a 24 hours (exemple : 16:30, etc.).

Hi,
try to follow these steps:
- Access to Admin Panel (http://docs.easy-profile.com/index.php/article/social-network-configuration)
- In the left menu go to "System Settings"
- In parameter called "Date Format" try to change this 
%B %e %Y at %l:%M
to 
%B %e %Y at %k:%M


you can refer to strftime PHP function to see all options at https://www.php.net/manual/en/function.strftime.php
