After I finish my customizing code, I would like to reset all thing in my social network plugin?

How could I reset by erasing all the content and user from JSN social network plugin?
Which database tables should I empty?

The best way to make this is to uninstall the plugin "Easy Profile - Social Network", delete all tables with prefix #__jsn_social and reinstall it.
