Resolved I can not access my profile page

HI,
connected as a member. I can not access my profile page with https://www.onsort.eu/fr/component/jsn/?Itemid= link
Does that tell you anything?

Hi,
this is possible, when there is not specified any menu item then the system inherit Home Page menu item and some template does not show the correct component content.
To solve this issue then try to create a menu item of type Easy Profile->User Profile, you can also create it in a hidden menu if you does not want to change the menu structure.

To disable "Social" tab you can disable the plugin called "Easy Profile - Social Network". If you need to use the Social plugin then you can comment line 32 in file at /plugins/jsn/socialnetwork/socialnetwork.php

About blank page I have just tested on your site and seems to work
