Hi,
please send me a screenshot from this page to understand better:
- Go to Extensions->Manage->Update Sites
- Filter for "Easy Profile"

With this screenshot I can see if you have a old update server, new server or both. So I can give you instruction to fix this

or Alternative:
We can do this for you but we need backend access, if you want then you can use the form below the reply in "Site Details" tab.
