Resolved ImagePicker and php 7.1

Hello Dear Admin,
You haven't update ImagePicker
Those with php 7.1 and more may have some issue.
The last update of the script (1.3.1) fix this problem ( it's me who gave the solution :) )

Hi,
for me works also with PHP 7.x (tested with PHP 7.1.5)

Keep in mind that this script is customized, so version is not important, it is already tested for Avatar purpose.
