Resolved Import csv doesn't recognize my fields

Hi,
I create the csv as tutorial, please see attached, but it won't import.
I get:
Missing some required fields: Email, Name or Firstname

Can you please tell me what I need to change?

Hi,
2 problems:
1) separator is ";" and not ","
2) you need to use alias of fields, so for example "FIRSTNAME" become "firstname"
