you have created overrides for English language (screenshot square 1), do you use english language in your frontend?

to create overrides for a specific language you should follow these steps:
- Select your language from filter (screenshot square 2)
- Create override for this language (screenshot square 3)

If I do so, i find nothing to translate

This is not important, this happen because there is not Dutch translation, but it works anyway.

I recommend you another way, you can create Dutch translation:
- Copy and rename file from /language/en-GB/en-GB.com_jsn.ini to /language/nl-NL/nl-NL.com_jsn.ini
- Open new file and translate it with a simple text editor
