Resolved Membership Pro - Integrate Subscription Plan into EasyProfile

Is it possible to add the a User's Subscription Plan from Membership Pro into the User's EasyProfile profile as custom field?
If so can you point me any documentation on how to do this?

Hi,
normally many Membership components allow you to trigger a SQL query and/or PHP script when subscription status change.

You can fill Easy Profile field via some SQL query or PHP script with your content.
