Resolved Missing Checkboxes

I'm using Easy Profile Pro 1.3.11, Joomla 3.6.2.

For some reason my checkboxes are now only showing a single checkbox at the beginning of the list rather than a checkbox for each of the items on the list (see attachment). Is there a compatibility problem with Joomla 3.6 that means I need to upgrade or something?

sorry but your version is too old (more than 1 year ago) and not fully compatible with Joomla 3.6.

Yeah that's kind of what I thought - 3.6 compatibility issues seem to be a constant (and I keep discovering new ones).

Okay I'll purchase a new subscription and update. Are there any updating issues I need to be aware of from a version as old as mine?

Hi,
you can find some information about some template/style changes at:
- http://docs.easy-profile.com/index.php/article/upgrade-140 (this is a info)
- http://docs.easy-profile.com/index.php/article/upgrade-1x-2x (this is very important)

Basically upgrade process do not create problems, but backup is always recommended :p

FYI I updated to newest version of Easy Profile and the checkboxes are now all there. Thanks for the help!
