I checked some legal implications of the easy - profile social network on NerdsNet.

Notice and Takedown seems to work as the images are deleted on the webspace when the admin deletes an image. However the future notice and staydown might be very hard to implement and the NerdsNet has no plans to integrate upload filters (article 13), so we want to concentrate on public domain images. Are there any plans to make the social network article 13 copy right reform compliant (notice and staydown / upload filters / etc.)? I mean it is compliant for videos as the videos are not stored on the webserver which is fabulous but at YouTube or Vimeo but images is a topic on its own.

Hi,
sorry for late reply, it's a weekend :D

Unfortunately we do not know how this directive will develop. But implementing something like this is not possible for us, an image filter requires huge technologies that are difficult to implement in a PHP / Joomla environment.
Even big giants like Facebook / Twitter don't have this kind of content control and invest millions of dollars.
I think that The only possible solution is to develop an integration with some external platform which now does not seem to exist.

We don't like to give negative answers but unfortunately this is the reality :(
