Hi,
i'm already using an older version of easy profile (Easy Profile Pro 1.3.11) and i want to renew and update.
But the problem is that somehow i want to inter-grade a feature...
I want to add to my users something like a subscription period (offline).
This means that users will not pay in the site, but only at the office, then manually i can update the custom field "DATE" (i created) in their profile, till a future date.

1. How can i mark - filter that when the end day is reached (or some days before), a warning, or something comes out
2. How can i filter this custom field "DATE" so an automatic mail will be send with Acymailing (acymail, already has a plugin that intergrates with easy profile, since last year, but with other fields)

I've already read this https://www.easy-profile.com/support/membership-subscription-extension.html but its 3 years old, and the easyprofile isn't new anymore and perhaps you've made some steps to this direction.

Thank you in advance

Hi,
sorry but Easy Profile does not do this natively.

1. How can i mark - filter that when the end day is reached (or some days before), a warning, or something comes out
There are different ways to make this, but all requires PHP and Joomla knowledges. For example you can add a plugin that add/remove user from usergroup on login, with this you can set a module with a warning message that will be show only for this usergroup, another alternative is to write a module that will be show only with certain Easy Profile condition.

How can i filter this custom field "DATE" so an automatic mail will be send with Acymailing (acymail, already has a plugin that intergrates with easy profile, since last year, but with other fields)
Probably Acymailing already allow this (Enterprise version).
