Resolved Ongoing problem with Excluding users or groups in list (for example): group_id NOT IN (6,7,8) -OR- user_id NOT IN (168)

I've run into this same problem with updates. Most recently after an update to Joomla 3.4.

The exclude users example: user_id NOT IN (168,563,180,179,178,177,175,170,169,771,772,773,774,930)
or exclude group example: group_id NOT IN (6,7,8,10,11) worked fine with last update. Up to EP 1.3.4 and Joomla 3.3.6.

After the J 3.4 upgrade it stopped working. I then saw the update for EP 1.3.6. Made that. No improvement.

What do we need to do to keep some site users (managers) excluded from the EP member list?

And how do we do it in such a way that it does not keep breaking with every update?

(Also, why is there no update notice with JSN products other than when viewing the actual component?)

hi,
sorry but I just tested and works perfectly.

sql custom where is a simple code added to sql query.

Easy Profile has been tested on version 3.4 and it works without problems (even version 1.3.4)

Maybe you have some problem with another plugin, sql custom where trigger content plugins. so please post me your site details to check this, you can use the form below the reply in "Site Details" tab.

the notifications of updates are present on this site and on the page of the component in the backend.

Hi,
sorry for late reply, it was too late for us and our offices were closed.

This problem is due to plugin "Content - RokInjectModule". Unfortunately, this plugin is launched without control, this creates a number of problems including indexing of Joomla smart search built-in component.

You can use the Joomla "Content - Load Modules" plugin instead RokInjectModule Plugin to do the same thing.

I don't. LoadModule is much easier for most people to use.

We have already contacted RocketTheme Team to solve this issue, but not reply.

Solution:
You need to disable this plugin and use Joomla "Content - Load Modules" plugin.
