Resolved Oops? Can't make new users anymore? Keeps asking for username

I don't now what happend, but I can't make new users anymore. When I try to save, it keeps giving the error that I have to enter a username. But that's the login name and there is no other field for username, there is one in easy[rofile fields but that one doesn't show...??

Also after the error the easyprofile fields are empty again en need to be filled in again.

Please help!!

frontend, backend or both?

With your credentials i can't access to admin area, and i can't test to create a new user.
