I'm using your login / registration button code found in a forum post.
You only use a CSS class to style some link button (link to login page). I think there's a huge difference from creating the javascript code that loads a pop-up with login form module!!!
I think you guys are missing a huge trick here
Easy Profile extends Joomla user management with custom fields, login/registration/edit profile pages are the same of Joomla (no hack or redirect). Custom fields are added by user plugin and tabs by javascript.

Yes, this is normal, login/registration become from Joomla (not Easy Profile) and their layout is customized by your template.
