Hi there.

I'm using Easy Profile on a site, where all usernames are numbers (the number is the membership number in the club). There is a problem with ordering the members in a user list at frontend, where the members can see all other members.

The order is by username (ascending), but is doesn't sort it right. First is all members starting with 0 showing, then all members starting with 1, then all members stating with 2..... So, number 1002 is showed before number 201. See the file (Medlemsnummer = username).

Isn't it possible to order it as numbers?

Hi,
sorry for late reply.

Unfortunately this is not possible natively because Username field is a text and not a number.

Anyway if you want to make this then you need to make following code change at file /components/com_jsn/models/list.php
Line 214 from
elseif($orderCol=='username') $orderCol=$db->quoteName('a.username');
to
elseif($orderCol=='username') $orderCol=$db->quoteName('a.username').' * 1';
