Resolved PHP Fatal error: selectlist.php on line 297

I've just updates from .13 to .17
After the update i was not able to login or view my website anymore. I've checked the logfiles and it showed me this error:


PHP Fatal error:  Can't use method return value in write context in /xxxx/xxxx/xxxx/xxxxx/public_html/administrator/components/com_jsn/helpers/fields/selectlist.php on line 297


i checked an old backup and only replaced the selectlist.php file, and now it is working again. But it seems like there is something wrong there
