Resolved Register Page Validation Button dont work

I have probleme with Easy Profile registration page the final validation button dont work :(

Hi,
seems to be a problem with field "DemoReel", you have set a default value not valid "coler le code de votre video ici" because this is a link field type. Unfortunately the input is not validated correctly because the value is not inserted by the user.

To fix this try to use "Placeholder" instead "Default value" for this field.
