Resolved Registration problem

Hi

I have bought Easy Profile some time ago. It worked perfect until updated Joomla to the latest release.

My customers can't register. After clicking on the register button they redirect to the url:


/home?id=19&layout=easyprofile


How can I fix this issue? I lost my potential clients :/

Which version of Easy Profile do you use? It's possible that your version is not compatible with latest Joomla.

Unfortunately we does not have any other report about this problem from our customers, so with these informations I can't give you a solution. The only thing that we can do is to try same version of Easy Profile in the latest Joomla.

Maybe you can try to check to remove template overrides (if available) for com_users: if exists try to rename folder from /templates/your_template_folder/html/com_users to /templates/your_template_folder/html/com_users.old

I found a solution. I just had to create a hidden menu for the registration form.
