Hi,

Yesterday i got a high level of emails from the website. More then 500 emails were send. The top authenticated user was deb112713, at 493 emails.
This accounts for 98% of the emails. The higher the value, the more likely this is the source of the emails.
An authenticated username is the user and password value used at smtp time to authenticate with exim for delivery.


The most common path that the messages were sent from is /home/deb112713/domains/http://schrijverspunt.nl/public_html, at 462 emails (92%).
The path value may only be of use if it's pointing to that of a User's home directory.
If the path is a system path, it likely means the email was sent through smtp rather than using a script.

Most emails were send on webmaster@no-easy-profile.com

So can you help me with this problem?

when you created my user for support I began to receive messages every day like:
Informatieverzoek bevestigd door gebruiker

Gebruiker xxx@xxx.xxx heeft zijn informatieverzoek bevestigd.

U dient in te loggen op https://www.schrijverspunt.nl/administrator/index.php?option=com_messages&view=message&message_id=3751 om het bericht te lezen.
Informatieverzoek verzonden

Er is een nieuw informatieverzoek verstuurd door xxx@xxx.xxx.

U dient in te loggen op https://www.schrijverspunt.nl/administrator/index.php?option=com_messages&view=message&message_id=3743 om het bericht te lezen.

These messages using Joomla backend messages system so are not triggered from our products (Easy Profile does not send any email and Social Network plugin use SMTP directly)

To avoid to receive these messages I have changed email of the user from "webmaster@easy-profile.com" to "webmaster@no-easy-profile.com".

I think you can simply delete my support user from your website because probably since it is an administrator then it receive system messages.
