I just purchased the subscription for Pro, but it says my subscription doesn't start until May 25, 2021.

1hi,
you already had another Pro subscription that expire at 25 May 2021...so the last one will start after the current will expire.

If you want then we can give you a refund for the new one, you have already purchased the current subscription just 2 months ago. Or alternatively you can keep it and does not renew in the next year.
