Subscriptions, Renew,Upgrade Plans
you can change these titles from corresponding plugins (Extensions->Plugins).
You can use as titles a Joomla language constants in the plugin configuration,for example:
- SUBSCRIPTIONS
- RENEW
- UPGRADE_PLANS
and add translations of these constants from Joomla Language Manager (Extensions->Languages->Overrides)

Social
This is already a Joomla language constant and from Joomla Language Manager (Extensions->Languages->Overrides) you can create your own translations, the constant is COM_JSN_SOCIAL_INFO
