I want to ask for user timezone when login.
How can I do it?

Hi,
login is managed by Joomla (not Easy Profile) and it does not have this feature.

User can set own preferred language during registration and change it from Edit Profile page. You can enable this from Administrator->Users->Manage->Options->Frontend User parameters and Frontend Language (see screenshot)
