Is it possible to write a PHP script that will trigger "Sync User" from another component? I use RS Membership, which has a separate subscription form; I've done some testing and found that syncing is the least invasive way for me to get RS Membership data into Easy Profile.

I will also need to add code in the script to copy RS Membership custom fields into the correct Easy Profile database tables.

Is there a pre-defined trigger "function" to call "Sync User"?

Hi,

From Easy Profile to RS Membership.
to sync Easy Profile fields with RS membership when user update his profile you can use our triggers (read here: https://www.easy-profile.com/docs/44-triggers.html).

From RS Membership to Easy Profile.
to sync RS membership fileds with Easy Profile you can ask to RS membership support if exist some trigger. Sorry but we not have experience with this component.

I'm sorry, but I'm still not clear on how to launch the syncuser() function in controller.php using one of your trigger methods.

sorry I did not realize what you mean!

No sorry.
syncuser() function and syncuserRun() function are small (30 lines of code) and not have dependence. You can copy and paste anywhere you want.
