Resolved User Group is cleared after changes in user registration

We have registered user. If the user booked for an special event, he gets a second user group "skipper". If he after this changed anything in his user registration, the group skipper is cleared. If he changes anything in other parts of the grouped easy profile, nothing was cleared.

Hi,
sorry for late reply, it was night for us.

Please try to check if some field have a condition to add/remove users from usergroup "skipper", unfortunately I can't check this because the account provided work only for frontend.
