please try with {user id raw}

Basically id is not a Easy Profile field, but it is a part of User Object. So there is not a display view (for example for a link field type the display view will be something like <a href="FIELD_VALUE">FIELD_VALUE</a>, instead the raw value is just FIELD_VALUE )

with Raw it is read but if it is added up its value is equal to 0.

Why?

Sourcerer is a system plugin, so the event "onContentPrepare" is triggered before the Easy Profile Content plugin . So your sum was a simple string plus value 10.
