I added the video for the first time and it worked. (youtube video).

I delete the video filed and created a new one, gave it a title and add the Youtube links. (the video is our own video we uploaded to Youtube).

Published it and have exactly the same parameters as our previous one. It does NOT show in the profile field. All I see is the avatar. Any ideas?

Hi,
on file template.css at line 211 you have this:
.s5_yes_custom_bg, .s5_yes_custom_bg h3 {
color: #FFF;
}

I don't know why this rule, but it make white all text white (links have own color), you can also test this with a simple article page (see screenshots)

In Easy Profile component there is a NEW video called tboa(NEW VIDEO) it is also on youtube. That is the video needed to to so when EACH member signs ups or joins ONLY that video is allowed.

members are not allowed to add their own video. They must use the video we provided. It worked using the old video called (video) under the component area.

See attached image.

Hi,
there is a misunderstanding, you have set default value, with default value when guest register an account then he have this field pre-filled. So these registered users have this video in profile page.

I think for your purpose you need to use HTML delimiter field type, this is not a fillable field.
Now I have created a HTML delimiter field to met your requirement, try to see:
Title: Video (HTML Delimiter)
Visible for: Special --- with this only Admins and profile owner can see this field (read tip on this parameter for more info), so user can see this field only on own profile (always hidden for guest)
Description see youtube screenshot
Visible in Profile: Yes
Visible in Edit Profile: No
Visible in Registration: No
