Resolved Viewing user profile results in 'The requested page cannot be found' - error

hello there,

I have installed EP and the above subject plays out thus:
1) I login via facebook, etc, and I go to 'people', click on the name of a registered member and I get this white 'the request cannot be found error page".

please why is this happening and how do I resolve this.

Hi,
try to create a menu item of type "Easy Profile->User Profile"

You need to set "Public" Access for this menu item.
you set who can see profiles from Easy Profile Options (default public)
