Hi,

Re-posting the question with the appropriate account and subscription plan :)

I am using the Social Network Plugin, and from last Joomla update (3.6.3 or 3.6.4) it stopped working, resulting in 404 page error UserController not found (see http://isereanybody.fr/groupes/page/taize-grenoble.html ). If I disable it, I don't get this 404 error.

Would you have a pointer on this? Thanks.

Hi,
we are already investigating, but I don't know if we can solve this problem:
you have a very old Easy Profile and Social Network Plugin (released about 2 years ago when J3.4,3.5 and 3.6 did not exist). In the meantime we have applied many many patch to fix compatibility issues (I do not remember :( ).

So, we recommend you to upgrade to latest version.

About Easy Profile Upgrade:
- Read here: http://docs.easy-profile.com/index.php/article/upgrade-140 (I think you do not do nothing)
- Read here: http://docs.easy-profile.com/index.php/article/upgrade-1x-2x (check overrides)
- Make Backup (always recommended, but I think you will not have any problems :p )

Hi,
fixed but I don't know the cause of this problem.

Probably some component load Zoo classes also if Zoo component is disabled and this cause some strange conflict.
To solve I have simply renamed /components/com_zoo to /components/xcom_zoo, with this if some component try to load zoo framework then it not find files (so do not load).

NOTE: Now seems all ok, except profile page, this is due to your custom template (in social network admin).
