Hi All,

Is there an option to add captions beside the form field to add description or some tips?

Descriptions
you can use HTML delimiter to add static content in field position, docs at http://docs.easy-profile.com/index.php/article/html-delimiter-field-type

Tips
in each fields (except HTML delimiter field type) the description become a Tip and you can see this on mouse hover
